As residents of The Fells in Amherst, New Hampshire, we have used the clubhouse many times for events important to us and to our community.  The regulations for use of the clubhouse require we schedule our event ahead of the date, fill out a rental agreement, and pay a fee and a  deposit. These actions involve Foxfire Property Management, Inc., our property management company. We have always had a pleasant interaction with Foxfire and the employees who have assisted us in making our arrangements.  They have made certain the clubhouse was ready for our events and also made it easy for us to access the clubhouse by giving us the lock code for the front door.  Never have we had a problem.  We greatly appreciate being able to use the clubhouse; we also appreciate the relationship with our Property Management. Runnells Landing Condominium Association is about thirteen years old. One of our current Board members was on the initial transition committee prior to becoming an association. The committee interviewed several property management companies. Foxfire was chosen because of their size and close proximity of another property as well as the presenter. We have maintained their services since we became an association in 2004. 

Foxfire created a website for us in 2015 and it has eliminated many duties and has saved us a lot of time.  We can now tell residents to find information on the website.  Foxfire has been very easy to work with and we have recommended them to other associations looking for a property manager.
